1. Hostsetters will NOT use personal beliefs and or preferences to disallow vhosts for users. If you do not not like a vhost ban it from your channel do NOT disallow it. If you're unsure ASK.

2. No vhost will be set that allows a user or Oper to impersonate a government official, including military, FBI etc. The use of abjects vhosts will only be allowed in a none official format (i.e. abjects.is.the.best), no abjects.net vhost will be activated for users, including Opers.

3. Do not request vhosts that masks your host to look like another users on abjects, we will not set it for you.

(For example: 1e79b4c9.22d996b6.13e0fa6.3d344119X or 112cbe95.3223f75b.wk.shawcable.net.

IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE HOST RESOVES OR NOT. IF IT LOOKS LIKE OUR MASKED HOSTS ON THE NETWORK DO NOT SET IT. Don't set resolvable hosts for personal ISP's like comcast, verizon blueyonder etc...

We don't care if someone wants to set a vhost for a website address, as long as it's not for another IRC network or it breaks one of our other rules.

4. No references to child pornography allowed.

For channel related vhosts you can use the hostme command see /msg chanserv help hostme.
